Job Description
Job Responsibilities

1.Formulate detailed project plans and development schedules based on project requirements to ensure clear objectives and definite implementation paths.

2.Be responsible for driving the team’s daily development work, tracking and controlling project progress to ensure the on-schedule completion of projects.

3.Implement and optimize the team’s internal project management processes, establish standardized work norms, and improve the efficiency of project advancement.

4.Be responsible for organizing various project meetings, accurately recording and following up on meeting resolutions; timely identify, track and resolve project issues, establish a risk early warning mechanism, and manage project risks effectively.

5.Establish an efficient cross-departmental communication and feedback mechanism, and regularly issue project status reports as well as data-based review and analysis reports.

6.Be responsible for the coordination and management of external supply chain resources (including art outsourcing, sound effect production, localization, etc.).

7.Assist the CEO in project data analysis, market research and provide support for strategic decision-making.


Job Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree or above; majors in science and engineering such as Computer Science and Software Engineering are preferred.

2.Possess rigorous logical thinking and data analysis capabilities, with a meticulous mindset and well-organized work approach. In-depth understanding and practical experience in game publishing processes and agile project management (Scrum/Kanban) are highly preferred.

3.Familiar with the establishment and optimization of game R&D production pipelines; candidates with process improvement capabilities are preferred.

4.Excellent communication, coordination and teamwork skills, capable of effectively driving cross-team collaboration.

5.Cheerful and dynamic personality, strong sense of responsibility and pressure resilience, able to proactively drive projects toward their objectives.

6.Outstanding documentation and report processing abilities, capable of presenting project progress clearly and comprehensively.

7.Passionate about the game industry, with rich gaming experience, as well as a profound understanding of and enthusiasm for game products.
